Go to the shopI am the founder of KB Fitness personal training in Charlotte, NC and am a NASM CPT and certified TRX bodyweight training instructor. I received my kettlebell certification through Master Level Instructor, Phil Scarito, owner of DV8 Fitness. I’ve also been fully trained in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting by 6 time IPF World Powerlifting Champion and 13 time USAPL National Powerlifting Champion, Brad Gillingham. I work with men and women of all ages and fitness levels. I’m not a believer in "gimmicky" training fads that are here today and gone tomorrow. Here my clients only receive customized training that yields verifiable results.
My passion is empowering people with proven techniques and tactics used by world class athletes that will help clients crush their goals, live the healthy lifestyle they’ve always wanted and to become the best version of themselves.
