Welcome to KB Fitness personal training in Charlotte, NC. Every client at KB Fitness will get a personalized workout program to fit each individual's needs, along with nutritional tips to help you stay on track. During your session you’ll learn how to properly warm up, workout with the specialized program given and learn how to cool down after a workout, using SMR (Self-myofascial Release).

Frequently Asked Questions

Training sessions are an hour long with a personalized workout plan for every individual's needs and goals. In your session you’ll learn proper form on all exercises in your workout plan, learn the importance of a cool down/stretch after every workout and discuss individualized nutritional information.

Online training sessions are also hour long sessions but virtual. You’ll get the same workout plan and tips as you would in person but in an online format. Online training allows clients from anywhere to connect with me to get healthy and crush those goals.

If you choose to cancel or re-schedule your remaining session(s), you MUST email your request to kbfitness.fit@gmail.com at least 24-hours prior to your session. Failure to do so will forfeit 100% of your refund or credit.

Rescheduling and/or cancellations must be made either by email or text at least 24-hours prior to your session. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure a confirmation is received. If you fail to cancel and receive confirmation 24-hours prior to your training session, you will lose that session and no refunds will be given.

If you don’t use up the remainder of your sessions for that month, they can be rolled over to the next month and doubled up during the week to get back on track.
